Want to know more about what’s happening at the old Karpele’s Manuscript Library? Here’s a word from one of the owners.

“LGZ Developments is a locally owned and operated real estate development company based in Fort Wayne. We are a small but passionate team with the goal of contributing to the thriving growth of our city. 

With experience in multifamily development and large-scale construction projects, we take pride in identifying historic community buildings and revitalizing them into quality housing. Recently, we redeveloped the vacant former Allen County Public Library Branch in New Haven, IN into 6 luxury apartments. 

LGZ’s newest project is to redevelop the impressive and unique property at 2410 Fairfield Ave into either (1) multi-family housing or (2) mixed-use. The ’07 community is growing rapidly with many unmet needs, and LGZ aims to fill those gaps by investing approximately $3.5M into the local area. Our mission is to have a lasting impact on the place we call home!”
