The Packard 2030 Plan isn't finished yet! As we're putting the final touches on the plan, we're asking you to send us your favorite PAPAland photos. We want to see you sledding at The Summit, riding bikes at Foster Park, enjoying your neighborhood block party, enjoying a walk in your neighborhood, etc., you get the picture!
